how would you describe your creative process? - I make a playlist of songs that fit the vibe, freestyle to them and choose the one with the best musicality. I pick a few key parts of the song I want to highlight with specific moves and I fill the rest in with improv.

What's your dream gig/career? - I’m freaking doing it, but honestly: to no longer need my corporate job and be able to do Pole dancing and performing full-time, as well as voice acting

With a foundational background in pole, my performances have also spanned acro chair, Isis wings, fan veils, whips, and high‑impact reveals, all fueled by an ever‑evolving phoenix energy. Favorite Things About Performing - 1) Providing truly gratifying experiences to audience members. Coming to a show, they sometimes don’t know what to expect and when they express what an amazing time they’ve had, it fills my spirit!

2) The post-show high. There is absolutely nothing like it; I bask in it for hours. I wish I could bottle and sell it!

how would you describe your creative process? -1. Define the story a. If the show has a theme, align with that b. If the show is just a vibe, then create a story

2. Choose the music – I generally mix tracks to support the storytelling. My musical tastes are so eclectic… it’s all about the vibe and the lyrics. Sometimes, I know the exact songs that will complement the theme and get so giddy that I can use them in a performance. I flip-flop between the next two steps. Choreo is dependent on the theme, music, venue/apparatus availability, performance length, costuming and planned reveals. Costuming is dependent on the choreo and planned reveals. There are times that I map out the choreo and it doesn’t work with the apparatus or planned reveals. If I’m “married” to specific costuming, I’ll go back and revise the choreo to accommodate. Sometimes, the choreo is advantageous and I have to go back and edit it down.

3. Choreography – I always loosely choreograph my performances for shows… Which moves do I want to do? Which props do I want to include? Where are the spaces for audience engagement? I say “loosely” because things almost never go accordingly to plan during a show… I may accidentally skip a planned move/combo or have some unexpected fun with audience engagement. Loose choreo enables me to confidently go with the flow.

4. Costuming – For me, the differentiating aspects of costuming in burlesque/polesque/boylesque are about the richness of presence, complements to the storytelling and choreo, and ability to tease. There isn’t an abundance of cis male garments made for reveals, so I’ve had to upskill with alterations and fabrications. Using my mini sewing machine still scares the dickens out of me!

What's your dream gig/career? - I’ve always been a “data geek” and enjoy turning data points into an actionable insights. I have grown since I first began working in roles involving customer data but the landscape has since drastically changed. Automation and AI influence have rapidly evolved martech and severely threatened job security in the corporate world. Years ago, I got my first check from a consulting project. The opportunity arose from a conversation with a neighbor about a business issue and I was able to provide an easy solution. To this day, I still have that check as a positive reminder of my capability. I aspire to leverage my previous experience and technological adaptability to establish my own successful marketing consulting firm, with a focus on SMB clients. The work to support that dream is already in progress… I have an LLC, domain ownership and a plan to debut.
